Position providing support on the bar outlet, producing all beverages to the required company standards. Implement schedules as set out by Bar Supervisor. Assist with the effective resolution of any service complaints. Make sure the outlet is kept neat and tidy and runs efficiently at all times. Maintain par stock levels, preprare beverages & coctels.
Position requirements
- Studying in recognized Hostelry School or apprenticeship program, or equivalent.
- Some experience in Restaurant or Bar experience.
- Beverage Service or a recognized qualification in Hotel / Hospitality Management
- Knowledge of beverages & preparing cocktails preferred
- Good level of English.
