Position description
Manage and oversee the entire Front Desk, Desk, Recepcionist. To ensure that a good service is provided to Guests at all times and to deal with Guests complaints and comments in an efficient and timely manner. Responsible to all booking channels, revenue and social media.Plan, organize bookings and overall front desk operation incluiding manteinance and cleaning of the rooms
Position requirements
-College Degree/Diploma or Hotel Management School required.
-Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in as a Front Office Manager or two years’ experience on board a luxury cruise ship in a Hotel Management position required.
-Must be fluent in written and spoken English other EU languages will be a plus.
-Excellent interpersonal and public communication skills.
-Excellent organizational skills.
-Acomodation provided by the company if needed
