Position description
Supports the F&B Director in all Guest and Crew Food and Beverage Services in order to ensure the best and highest service quality to Guests and Crew in accordance with Company standards , assits on analysis on the costs and revenues, according to the budget established by the Company. Supervise and assists all outlets coordinate a working cooperation of both department areas, Bar and Restaurant operations.
Position requirements
-Diploma from established Hotel School, Tourism School, College or University.
-3/4 Years experience in equal equivalent position, significant experience in Hotel Industry in a fast paced environment, 5* Hotels & Restaurants, ideally within cruise industry or large Hotels & Vacation Resorts.
-Good Organisation skills, Interpersonal skills, Social Competence, International exposure required.
-Fluent English mandatory.

Duration of the contract
