Position description
Knowing the excursion program, the ship and all the services provided on board and ashore. Assist and escort guests during excursions, introducing himself to cruise guests, giving assistance when they needed, and being responsible for transfer, disembarkation lists,disembarkation breakdown and giving assistance while on the pier during the disembarkation of guests.
Position requirements
* Secondary School in Tourism degree is required. University degree in modern languages,tourism or communication is highly appreciated.
* Work experience in Tourism
* Computer literate and good knowledge of the most common softwares
* German mother tongue and fluent in English
* Valid Medical Certificate are required before embarkation.
* BST (STCW) training certificate will be needed before embarkation.
