Collaborate in the planning, organization, adaptation and evaluation of entertainment and educational activities and involve guests in them, according to their context and various needs. Create a weekly schedule with activities in all fields. Have innovation and creativity for the development of various activities, and be active during these. Create a positive climate environment and improve the human and creative skills of the team. Act in conflict resolution.
Position requirements
- At least 2 years experience in Hotel and Tourism and/or Hostel.
- Excellent social and communication skills.
- Positive open attitude for public relations and problem-solving.
- Capability to prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of games and dynamics.
- Extroverted and sociable person

- Team Work
- Spanish, English fluent, other European Languages will be a plus.
- Availability and time flexible.
