Job as a RECEPTIONIST Hostel Barcelona
Position description
Full reception service to hostel guests, including check-in/out. General custom service including handling customer inquiries, providing information, guidance and support for guests and their onward travels, excursions and activities, providing support to the breakfast area and catering duties. Management of reservations made at the establishment, management of OTA-S. Telephone attention, answering calls from reception and doubts. Organization of other departments as housekeeping or activities. Daily management of our PMS. Daily management of computer applications for reception operations.
Position requirements
- Diploma from an established Hotel, Tourism School or University.
- At least 2 years experience in Hotel and Tourism and Hostel.
- Excellent social and communication skills.
- Positive open attitude for public relations and problem-solving.
- Capability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service skill. Client focused.
- Spanish, English fluent, other European Languages will be a plus.
- Availability and time flexible.
- Experience in the management of PMS.
