Manage and oversee the entire front desk, desk, and receptionist. To ensure that a good service is provided to guests at all times and to deal with guest complaints and comments in an efficient and timely manner. Responsible for all booking channels, revenue and social media. Plan, organize bookings and overall front desk operation, including maintenance and cleaning of the rooms.
Position requirements
- College Degree/Diploma or Hotel Management School required.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience as a Front Office Manager.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English other EU languages will be a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and public communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
