Job as a Head Chef in a Fine Dining Restaurant in Barcelona
Position description
To ensure guests satisfaction, supervising the preparation of food, menu development and implementation, cost control, managing all kitchen staff, responsible for ordering, and maintaining necessary inventory, performing in the show cooking events and interacting with the clients providing guests with the highest quality of food product that consistently.
Position requirements
- Culinary diploma from a recognised Standard European Cooking background.
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar environment,5* hotels or fine dining Restaurants
- Deep Knowledge of fine dining cuisine
- Fluent English mandatory
- EU citizenship, EU nationals
