Will be resposnbiel of the following areas Staff Training and Management , Sales and Marketing,Human Resources,Reception and Customer Service, Public Relations and Industry Relations, HousekeepinG. Ensure quality standards for cleanliness , Maintenance. Maintain the hostel facilities in proper working order , Purchasing and Inventory Control, Accounting and Budgeting. Entertainment, Atmosphere & Activities.
Position requirements
- Diploma from an established Hotel, Tourism School or University
- At least 2-3 year experience in same positions Hotel or /and Hostel.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive open attitude for public relations and problem-solving.
- Capability to prioritize tasks
- Customer Service Skill. Client focused.
- Spanish, English fluent, other European Languages will be a plus.
Position salary
Competitive Salary fixed plus bonus
Working 6 days a week
