Provide support and technical assistance in the management and maintenance of facilities and hostel equipment, following the supervisor's instructions. Make a correct, professional and save service. Solve daily breakdown reports in a qualified manner. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance tasks. Have daily control of the machine room and control of all PCI systems, chlorination equipment, boilers and ACS equipment.
Position requirements
- Professional formation (electricity, plumbing)
- Previous experience in a similar job
- Must have advanced Spanish and/or Catalan, be fluent in English, other European languages will be a plus.
- Formation in ACS treatment
- Availability and time flexible.
- Training in computer equipment.
- Work autonomously
- Knowledge of climatic machines
