Position description
Responsible for Pastry area Production by monitoring and supervising the overall preparation. Responsible for managing the staff that work in the Pastry area.
Position requirements
- Diploma from a recognized apprenticeship program, or equival ent diploma specialist patisserie qualifications.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar environment, 2+ years supervisory experience with in a 4-5* hotel combined with Pastry shops and some bakery.
- International experience required
- Fluent English mandatory.
Position salary
Competitive Salary equivalent to 4000-5000 € monthly approx.
