Provide reception service to hostel guests including check-in/out, handling customer enquiries and providing information, guidance and support for guests and their onward travels, general customer service, provide support to the breakfast area and catering duties.
Position requirements
- Studying Tourism School or University
- Experience in Hotel and Tourism or Guest service o Guest relations will be a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a positive open attitude for public relations and problem solving.
- Capability to prioritise tasks
- Customer Service Skill. Client focused.
- Spanish and English Fluent, good level of French other European Languages will be a plus.
- Accomodation provided by the company.
