Job as Sous Chef in a Ultra Fine Dining Barcelona Restaurant
Position description
To ensure guests satisfaction by supervising the preparation of food items in designated section, providing guests with the highest quality of food product that consistently and effectively reflects the luxurious nature of the company.
Position requirements
- Culinary diploma from a recognised Standard European Cooking background.
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar environment,5* hotels or fine dining Restaurants
- Deep Knowledge of gastronomic, fine dining International cuisine and Mediterranean
- Fluent English mandatory
- EU citizenship, EU nationals
