Position description
Private Residence will be in charge of the cooking, providing breakfast, lunch, dinner, and also occasional dinner parties when needed to the owner and his Guest He needs a wide range of experience in various cuisines/styles.
Arabic style, French, Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
Position requirements
Requirements:
- Culinary Institute Diploma
· Minimum of four (4) years experience in a luxury food operation / Experience on board.
· European trained
· A sound knowledge of culinary arts and fine dining
· Strong background in International Cuisine and Cooking Techniques
· Highly motivated with a strong drive and high level of energy and flexibility
· Excellent leadership skills and the ability to interact with all levels of people
· Fluent in English
